Chez Cocotte is a formidable machine, a steam-powered theatre,
at times lulled to sleep by the hissing of valves and blue flames,
sometimes heckled by the frenzy of steam and the fire of red-hot coals.

Chez Cocotte is the brainchild of a quiet little man nicknamed ‘Cocotte’ by the locals.
